1. Purchase and Delivery of Goods and Services
- Prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. In most instances the cost of an item will include delivery charges to any location within Australia. Where shipping/handling fees cannot be predetermined this will be clearly marked on the items description page. Products are delivered directly from the supplier and delivery arrangements are handled directly between the purchaser and supplier.
- Products purchased on the Sauce website must be paid for by one of our approved payment methods. A surcharge may apply for the use of certain credit cards. Goods and/or purchase codes for services will not be delivered until payment is received.
- Transactions on the Sauce it website are conducted electronically and as such all parties may communicate electronically for all aspects of any purchase, including payment confirmation, delivery details and returns.
- Goods and purchase codes for services are delivered via the preferred method of supplier. In most instances our suppliers use Australia Post. - Goods/Service Codes are usually dispatched within 2 Business Days of receipt of payment unless advised otherwise. Delivery times are estimated based on information provided to the supplier by its shipping company.
- The supplier will dispatch the Product to the place of delivery specified when purchased. Title to and risk associated with the Product passes to the purchaser when dropped at the place of delivery.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide correct delivery information including name, address and any other delivery instructions regardless of the method of delivery.
- A redelivery fee will apply if items are lost after delivery, if the recipient is unavailable for receipt of delivery, if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect or if there is no safe place to leave the item. Sauce it is not responsible for any damage, loss or delay associated with incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
- Sauce it cannot guarantee times for a purchased service to be redeemed. A suitable time should be arranged directly with the supplier. Sauce it has no responsibility for the provision of any services purchased and makes no warranty regarding the standard of any service. Sauce it does not control the operations of any of our suppliers.
- Unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in a product being unavailable or delayed. In this case the supplier will contact you within 2 working days of your purchase. You may cancel your order at any time prior to the supplier shipping the product.

The Sauce it website offers products for purchase from independent suppliers. When you place an order on this Website, you are placing it with these suppliers, and not Sauce it. We make the products available for purchase (including taking orders and collecting payment) as an agent of the supplier.

- Sauce it’s sourcing service is based on an hourly rate and does not guarantee the desired product will be found.
- A quote for Sauce it’s Sourcing Service is provided prior to the search commencing. Payment for
Sourcing Services can be made upfront or once the final product is purchased. However once approved,
payment is required regardless of whether or not a product is purchased.
- Similar to our online store, goods or purchase codes for services will not be provided until payment of the
product and any associated sourcing fees have been received via one of our approved payment methods.
